Caution! There is a tablet currently being sold on the US market called Coricidin Cough and Cold that some DXMers have been taking in the US that contains 30mg DXM and 4mg chlorpheniramine maleate. That antihistamine (chlorpheniramine) can easily KILL if you take an overdose (unlike just DXM by itself, which takes quite a bit to kill.) There was a recent near death, and as such if you use DXM recreationally:
NEVER USE CORICIDIN!!!
William White, author of the DXM FAQ, had added
the following WARNING prominently at the beginning:
