It's time for reform and we want marijuana, cannabis and hemp relegalised.
If you feel you have a valid say in how marijuana/ cannabis and hemp should be used in Ireland make sure to express interest with your local politician.
At the end of the day the more people that write in and complain or get in touch with a local politician to express your anger at the way the government refuses to address alot of people simply because they choose to use marijuana/ cannabis/ hemp.
Let's pull together and get through this together after all no-one wants their child to be branded a criminal for life simply because they choose to use something which is less devestating on your system as other legal drugs such as tobacco (the worlds most addictive drug) and alcohol (70% of violent crime is associated with alcohol).
Cannabis/ Marijuana serves many purposes and right now most countries around the world are beginning to recognise this along with recognising the fact that so many people use marijuana/ cannabis and calling them criminals simply is'nt fair. Cannabis/ Marijuana was only made illegal in the last 100 years. Marijuana/ Cannabis has been used for medicine and for the same reason you might drink a beer to relax for thousands of years.
Hemp serves for many industrial uses is fast to develop and contains relatively no thc 0.001%. That's not enough to label it a drug as intake of massive amounts of it would amount in no more then a headache from thinking it might get you high. Hemp can be used for fuel/fiber/paper aswell as textile (clothes industry). It's a crop that does not require pestasides as it's not prone to pests/insects, it's a hardy plant and will grow in most conditions.
