Hi, Jambo and Namaste! For those of you who do not know me, my name is Himanshu Thakraar. I'm a 2nd generation Kenyan, since my grandparents migrated from India to Kenya in the early 1900's.

I lived in Cardiff, (Wales UK) from 1994 to 1998 and am completely in love with the place and the Welsh people. In fact Cardiff comes second only to Nairobi, which will always be home for me.

Now that I have a BSc (Hon's) in Computer Science I have started an enterprise of my own. My company is called Compuzone Ltd. and we specialise in Internet Services, Networking, PC Sales and Repair and Training.

Kenya itself is a beautiful country and for those of you who have never been there it is definitely worth a visit. I grew up here and studied here right up to my A-levels after which I left the country for University.

Well enough about Uni and Kenya. My interests include Computers, Motor sport (Especially F1 with Shumy and his Ferrari, Touring Cars with Biela and his Audi A4, Rallying), Philately, Historical Monuments, Music (Madonna, Savage Garden, Enigma, Jagjit Chitra, Pankaj Udhas, No Mercy, Vanessa Mae, Saint Ettiene, Richard Clayderman. Deep Forest, Boney M, Dance , Pop , Soul etc..), Paranormal/Spiritual Events, Travelling and meeting people, Camping and Expeditions, Watching movies etc. I also admit to being a Trekkie and 'The Next Generation' is my favourite Star Trek series. Jean Luc Piccard is THE character and the Galaxy class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701 D the ultimate star ship!

I'm a huge Audi fan and enjoy restoring my 30 year old 1971 Audi 100 LS in my spare time
