"I know Katie, I'm sorry. Panda came over she just found out one of our friends is going to have a baby and its just really hard for her right now."
"Panda....is that Jenny's twin?"
"Yeah."
"It must be really hard she just needs to know that people love her right now."
Zac felt a pang of guilt in his heart. Why was he here with Katie when he loved Panda? He was being unfair to himself, Panda, and Katie. Why couldn't he just get over it and tell the truth?
"Hey Katie you want to meet Panda?"
"Sure Zac you want to go now?"
"Yeah."
Zac took her hand and they set out to Panda's house.
"So how long have you known Panda?"
"since we were ity bity. Raine, Rodrigo, Panda, Jenny, and me went to Kiddie Kollege together since we were 2 years old."
"Wow that's a long time."
"Yeah I know."
"Ok so she was Jenny's twin and Jenny died when you were 10."
"Yeah we all miss her alot."
"So is Panda nice?"
"Yeah she is, and she is a really good friend too."
Katie couldn't help but notice the gleam in his eye every time he said her name and how he smiled when he talked about her. She had a feeling she was going to lose her boyfriend to fate, friends that are in love with each other but won't admit it. Oh well, she always did love a Dawson's Creek storyline.
