So, that May, Brian finally had his surgery and everything went perfectly. The boys were in Florida to record their next album. And, they brought me to the Billboards with them.
That had to be the best night of my life. I got to meet Lauryn Hill, Dru Hill, Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder! I mean, huge stars. It was so cool. Lauryn and I really hit it off and I even got to meet her kids. I wish she was my mom.
Later, in Febuary, I got to go to the Grammys! And I met Rosie O'Donnell and Madonna.
So, you ask, why the trip down memory lane? I have cancer.
