When Joey, Chris, JC, Kevin, Brian, and Nick arrived at Howie's house, the place was swarming with cops.
"Let is in!" Joey demanded to a cop that was guarding the front door. "That's out friend."
"Let them in," AJ said from behind the cop. The cop moved to the side and let the six friends threw.
"What happened?" asked Brian.
"That's was I'm trying to figure out," another cop told them. He looked nicer, like a grandpa. "How did you discover Mr. Dorough?"
"I had to come and pick him up because we were going to go to a club and his car's in the shop. When I got here, the door was open, which I thought was weird so I came in. I could hear the TV so I headed for the sound. When I got into the room, I saw..." AJ started to cry. When he was finished, the officer asked him.
"What did you see?"
"Howie. He was sitting on the couch. And his head was next to him on the couch. Someone cut off my best friend's head!" AJ started to sob uncontrolably.
Before he was even finished, Brian had started to fell his knees go weak. He turned around to look for a chair when he saw the couch. There were two cops covering it up but he still saw the top of Howie's neck. Brian felt his knees go out at the sight of all the blood and then he blacked out.
