Chapter 5

Later that night, Isabell went to see Rich and the two of them found the other guys. They tried it and discovered that they could all do it, too. The six of them talked even long that Isabell had with *NSYNC.

The weeks passed and Isabell became even better friends with all of the guys. She called Sean 'Smiley' just to make fun of him.

When they started to tour together, Isabell started to worry. What if the guys got into a fight? She talked to Rich, who had become her closest friend and he said she didn't have to worry. But he was wrong.

It was only about two weeks after they started to tour together. Lance and J got into a fight. The reason, Isabell never found out. Lance just started to punch J, mad about something.

Now, J would obviously win but Lance gave him a black eye and a few good punched in the stomach. But he felt good because he had given Lance a bloody nose. After the fight, J went to Isabell's to rest a little. His eye was throbbing.

Isabell had been outside but came in when time stopped. She climbed up the stairs.

"What now?" she said, turning into her bedroom. Her jaw dropped when she saw J's black eye and she ran over to the bed. J's jaw almost dropped at the sight of Isabell in a bikini.

"What happened?" she asked, sitting on the bed.

"I got in a fight with Lance."

"J, I thought you were going to try and get along with them," she said, looking him over.

"I was. He punched me first."

Isabell sighed. 'Men,' she thought but decided to help.

"Did he get you any where else?"

"Stomach a bit."

"Kay, I'll go get some ice.

Isabell got off the bed and J watched her walk out of the room.

"That's the woman I'm going to marry," he said.

When Isabell came back, she placed one ice pack on the eye and then gestured for J to lift his shirt. He started to pull it up and had it half way over his rib cage when Isabell spoke.

"Whoa, okay, that's far enough. I'm not asking you to strip," she kidded, as she set the other ice pack on his stomach. When she did, he long, dark hair brushed over J's stomach and he felt tingles go up his spine.

He wondered what Isabell would do if he reached up, grabbed her and pulled her down to meet his lips. There were two possibilities. A) She would slap him. B) She would look at him, surprised, but allow herself to be kissed. They would kiss for a few minutes and then Isabell would pull away. Very carefully, she would remove the two ice packs and remove J's shirt the rest of the way. Then, she would remove her shirt…

"Aren't you in any pain?" she asked, interrupting J's thoughts. She looked worried.

"I'm fine," he said.

"J, don't lie. You can't.

"I'm telling the truth."

"So, this doesn't hurt?" she asked, jabbing him in the stomach. J's face betrayed his pain.

"Okay. So I'm in a little pain."

Isabell nodded, happy her point was proven. Then she laid down next to J.

"I'm sorry," she said. "I didn't want to hurt you." She brushed her hand through his hair. "Do you forgive me?"

"Of course," J said. It was too hard for him to be mad at Isabell, when she was lying next to him in a bikini.
