It was October of 1996. They guys had made it in the music business but only in Europe. They were over there at the time. I know that I will never forget that day.
I had been having stomach pains for a few days and I couldn't get rid of them, no matter how hard I tried to with my powers. I was confused. I talked to my friends about it and they were just and stumped.
I was talking to Hannah and Niki, discussing the latest problems, thanks to the Dark Beings. Their vampires were getting out of control. Not just a few but multiple ones from all over the world. Although they weren't being reported, we had found out about bodied being found that were almost completely drained of blood.
"I don't get it," I was saying. "Why can't they just use animals like our vampires…"
The pain hit suddenly. It ripped through my insides and I doubled over. I was having a hard time breathing and could barely hear Niki and Hannah's screams.
But I saw something. A sidewalk. I looked up and instead of seeing Niki and Hannah, there was Howie. AJ's mom was standing next to him.
"Man, what's wrong?" Howie asked.
The picture faded and I was back with Niki and Hannah. Rave and Tajae were also there and Meredith was coming.
"I don't know what happened," Niki was saying. "She was okay and all of the sudden, she doubled over and said something in a voice like Kevin's."
I saw Meredith and Raven exchange a look and although I was having a hard time thinking clearly, part of me knew that something weird was going on.
"Let's go to my place," Meredith said. "Raven, I need you to find Rashel. Fast."
