'The boys discovered each other and their powers today,' it started.
'Brian came to Florida and the guys were finally together. I had Will follow them so he could record it. I will confront them tomorrow.'
Brian arrived in Florida and was greeted by his cousin Kevin, and Nick, AJ, and Howie. They didn't discover their powers until they were at Nick's house. Alone, of course.
It happened to Nick first, but that was expected since he is the youngest and it usually happens to the youngest first. It started with his feet. The wrappings went around each of his legs separately and then started to grow up his body. The guys were all looking at him weird, especially Brian since he had just met Nick. Nick is a mummy.
AJ was confused by this and, out of habit, started to scratch his head while he thought. That was when he noticed that his hair was gone and his head was all wrinkly. AJ is phantom.
It happened to Brian next. It felt like everything was going really weird but it didn't seem wrong. Since Nick and AJ were on either side of him, it seemed like his only choice was to look down. Then he screamed when he saw that his hands and arms were covered in hair.
Everyone looked at Brian when he screamed and Kevin and Howie screamed also. Kevin hadn't known that he could reach that high. He was really getting freaked out, especially because his cousin had just turned into a werewolf right before his eyes. He turned to Howie to see what he thought about this. But then Kevin screamed again.
"What?" asked Howie. Kevin pointed to his lips where two sharp teeth were coming out and came to points as thin as needles.
Howie reached up and poked at his teeth. He pulled his hand away quickly and looked at his finger. It was bleeding. He put it in his mouth and started to suck on it. Oddly, the blood tasted good, almost sweet.
Now Kevin really thought that he was insane.
"Kevin?" asked the mummy Nick.
"What?" snapped Kevin. The guys were freaking him out and he was getting edgy.
"Your face," Nick said simply.
Kevin put his hand up against his face and rubbed it. His eyebrows raised in uncertainty. One side of his face felt scaly. He raced over to the mirror hanging on the wall and looked at himself. One side of his face was covered in bluish-green scales. The others joined him at the mirror.
"What's going on?" asked Howie.
The others said nothing.
"Maybe we should just go to sleep," suggested AJ.
"Yeah," Brian agreed. "Maybe this is all a dream."
So the guys all laid down on the floor and fell asleep.
