| At Pewter City, you can buy more Potions or Pokèballs to heal your Pokèmon when battling Brock. There is a museum to the North, you should go visit it sometime. To the East is Route 3 and Mt. Moon, you can't go there yet until you beat Brock. |

| Brock has a Geodude and an Onix, you should have a Pidgeotto on your team by now. The best way to defeat Brock is to use sand-attack and then Pikachu's tail whip. Then use Pikachu's quick attack or Pidgeotto's gust to win the match. When you win, Brock will present you a badge and a TM. |
