After their adventure in Path To The Pokemon League, our heroes Sean and Pat
continue their journey, this time with a new member in their group, Chris. They
now embark on the second objective in their journey, to catch all one hundred
and fifty Pokemon. They begin this challenge by fishing in a pond inside the
confides of Pallet Town. They manage to catch a Staru, a Starmie, a Tentacool,
and a Tentacruel. Viridian City, our heroes’ next stop on their journey allows
them to have the opportunity to fish for a Poliwag. Our heroes buy some
supplies at the Viridian City Pokemon Mart. They invent a new type of Pokeball
to aid in their goal of catching all one hundred and fifty Pokemon. They test
this Pokeball on the legendary Zapdos. Amazingly, the ball does capture Zapdos,
proving it’s spectacular powers. They decide to call it the Pokeball 2000. It
does not cost much to produce, so our heroes sell it at the exact price of a
normal Pokeball. After the success of the Pokeball 2000, our heroes, Sean, Pat,
and Chris invent a new potion that increases a Pokemon’s total health level,
heals all conditions, Revitalizes , and raises a Pokemon by one level. Testing
it out on their Pokemon, they discover that it does exactly as they thought it
would. They call it Pokepotion. They receive a generous amout of money from the
sale of these items. They are offered thousands of Pokedollars by Silph Co. for
their inventions, and our heroes accept, selling the designs to Silph. Sean,
Pat, and Chris travel to Celadon City and discover that a new Casino called
Rocket Game Corner has just opened, so they spend most of their money on coins
that can be exchanged for Pokemon next door. They hurry next door and trade in
all of their coins for a Nidorino, an Abra, a Dratini, a Pinser, and a Porygon.
Before our heroes could travel to Fuchsia City again, they had to use their
Pokeflute to wake a Snorlax and catch it with a Pokeball 2000. They manage to
catch the Snorlax and ride to Fuchsia and enter the Safari Zone. In the Safari
Zone, our heroes catch a Chansey, a Ryhorn, a Tauros and countless others. In
Fuchsia City our heroes catch a Hoarsea and a Goldeen. Cerulian City is one of
the best spots to catch Pokemon by Fishing, so that’s the next place we find the
trio. They catch a Magikarp, a Seel, and a Lapras. Our heroes now travel to
Cerulian Cave where they catch many strong Pokemon including the elusive Mewtwo.
In Cinnibar they capture more water type Pokemon like Gyardos. Inside Cinnabar’s
burned out firehouse our heroes catch a Lickitung, a Ponyta, a Koffing ,and a
Magmar. In Pewter City our friends visit the new Pokemon Lab and Pewter Museum
of Science. They discover intriguing facts about various extinct Pokemon. Our
heroes continue their journey catching more Pokemon on their way. They also
participate in countless matches against other trainers to strengthen their
Pokemon so they can weaken wild ones. Sean, Pat, and Chris continue catching
more wild Pokemon every day! They go into Viridian Forest to capture some bug
type Pokemon like Weedle or Caterpie. The Power Plant, where our heroes are
catching various electric type Pokemon such as Electabuzz and Pikachu. They
search through the greenery for grass type Pokemon like Oddish, Gloom, and
Bellsprout. And also for Pokemon like Growlithe and Arcanine. Or Psychic type
like Mr.Mime or Kadabra. They travel farther from Pallet to Lavender Town to
catch a Cubone. Our heroes go to Vermillion City to fish for more Pokemon and
they catch various new ones. Sean, Pat, and Chris return to Pallet Town to be
greeted by Prof. Oak’s smiling face as he congratulates our heroes on overcoming
the great challenge of catching all one hundred and fifty Pokemon. He informs
our heroes that there is another Pokemon expert waiting to see them inside the
new Celadon Mansion in Celadon City. They enter Celadon Mansion and are given
special certificates for their accomplishments.
