Strange Lights
Masses of lightning were spotted over Indigo Plateau yesterday. The weather
was as sunny as ever, no wind nor a cloud in site. Pokemon expert Dr. Oak of
Pallet Town says the most likely explination for the storm was that a Large
amount pikachus, in excess of 3,000, had gathered forming an electrical
disturbance in our atmosphere. Here is a witness' report of the situation
PTC:"What exactly did you see, Mr. Ketchum?"
AK:"Well, I was riding my bike through the Viridian Forest when I heard a
blast of thunder followed by one single blinding shot of lightning. It was
bright enough to make me run straight into a tree!"
So far we have recieved no report from the elite four or their associates, we
can only hope that there o.k.

ASH KETCHUM PROCLAIMED POKEMON MASTER!!!!!
Today a ten year old boy named Ash Ketchum was named Pokemon master after he
defeated the elite four and the old Pokemon master, whose reign only lasted
two hours. This boy was surely destined to become Pokemon master, for I myself
have never seen a boy, or even a man, with such a close bond to his Pokemon.
Leading his attack was a level 92 Mew, followed by a level 73 blastoise, a
level 86 Pikachu, a level 34 lapras, a level 47 articuno, and a level 67
Charizard.
This is one Pokemon master who will be around a long time!

Wild Pokefight!!
Yesterday evening at the Celedon City Diner there was an all-out pokemon
brawl. Although there were no reports of human injury many pokemon have been
hurt or killed. The dead include a Pikachu, Ponyta, and a very rare Mewtwo.
The riot was started by team rocket, who always manage to make a bad situation
out of a good one. The only reward for this battle was that the Team Rockets
main pokemon, Meowth, was injured so bad that he will be at the pokecenter for
over a year. The brawl ended when a Raichu zapped every fighter into
paralysis. It was the largest thundershock anyone had ever seen.

Earlier today a pokemon brawl broke out in Pallet Town ......... we have Brock reporting ..... "Hello? HELLO?!
uhh are we on? Oh errr ......... yes Jim earlier today a pokemon brawl
broke out between over 100 Pikachus and a Cubone .......... we have Ash
Ketchum here as an eyewitness ..... Ash what did you see?"
"Oh hi ....... HI MOM HI MAY *cough* Gary sucks *cough* ...... well
what i saw was ...... not much really ..... me and my Pikachu were just
sitting down watching T.V. and we just heard on the news a guy/girl
makeing a statement on a new Nintendo game ......... he was saying bad
stuff about Pikachus .... i think he called him self ....... Q-Bone or
something ....... so in a terrible rage my Pikachu just so happened to
see a persons Cubone loose on the street ...... then my Pikachu made a
war cry ....... next thing i knew there was a bunch of Pikachus running
through my house ......... then i heard a .. 'Cubone bone bone ..........
BOOOONNNNNEEE' and i saw a flash and everything went blank ...... when i
woke up i saw a pile of dust in the middle of the road ......... i
wonder who put it there ........ and after that i was taken to the
hospital ......... and here i am now"
