The Villain's Section

This page is dedicated to all of those horrible people who try to steal pokémon, or in Gary's case, destroy Ash's dignity. The show can't go on without them! ^-^ That's why they need a dedication page.

Jessie and James

The pokémon thieves, Team Rocket, consists of Jessie, James, and Meowth, their trusty pokémon sidekick.
Team Rocket is an evil gang looking to steal rare Pokémon. Jessie and James are strange characters (of course they are, right?).

Prepare for trouble,
make it double!
To protect the world from devastation,
to unite all peoples within our nation.
To denounce the evils of truth and love,
to extend our reach to the stars above.
Jessie, James.
Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light.
Surrender now or prepare to fight!
Meowth, that's right!

They repeat their introduction about once per episode, but they change it often enough to prevent from serious boredom.
We meet the Team in episode 2, which is when they decide that Ash's Pikachu isn't like any other Pikachu and that they've got to catch him. This leads up to a wonderful bunch of madcap misadventures for the gang! Gotta love 'em! *expect a small image gallery dedicated to them sometime in late March, early April*

Cassidy and Butch

Jessie, James and Meowth aren't the only 'villains' in the series. In one episode, (I realize many of the American viewers haven't had the chance to see it yet), we meet two other members of Team Rocket, Cassidy and Butch. These two are a whole lot smarter than Jessie and James (they almost got away with all of those pokémon!!), and in my opinion, not as much fun, but it was still nice to see some change. I don't think we'll see them too often if they do get out of jail (Hope I didn't spoil it for anyone!).

Gary

He's not a villain, but he's annoying competition. Gary! The pokémon trainer from Pallet who has his own fan club. He can be so cruel, so I put him in with the other baddies.
Self-centered completely detestable, Gary always manages to destroy Ash's hopes of becoming a master. He's the grandson of Professor Oak and truly believes himself to be the best there could ever possibly be. How annoying!
