What *is* Sailor Moon?
What is Sailor Moon?-what Sailor Moon is about

Sailor Moon (or Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon) is a Japanese cartoon called an anime and also is a black and white form of Japanese drawing, manga. It was created by Naoko Takeuchi. It originated in Japan, but has since moved to America, Australia, China, and many other places. There are five series, but alas, Naoko will not make anymore. In the anime, the series are Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon Super S, and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. In the manga, they are Sailor Moon, Black Moon, Infinity, Dream, and Sailor Stars. Pretty interesting names compared to the boring anime ones! Enough of the history / information about one of the best animes, in my opinion, and onto what it is about! Sailor Moon is about a 14 year old girl, Tsukino Usagi. She is your average teenage girl, expect she obsesses over video games and food more than most. Usagi finds out that she is the champion of justice, Sailor Moon, along with nine other girls (Sailor Mercury, Sailor Venus, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, Sailor ChibiMoon, Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Pluto). She tries to defeat all evil, to win over it and to protect the Earth and the people on it from harm. Sometimes, just when you think all hope is lost, she comes out for you at the end. Sailor Moon is probably the strongest Sailor Senshi if you count her willpower, which grows from her first battle to her last. In each season, a different group of villians comes along, and Sailor Moon and the senshi go to battle against them, gaining the upper hand in the end. The series are all about the fights and problems that these ten girls have to go through to defend the Earth. All in all, I'd give the whole Sailor Moon series 8.5 stars out of ten, just because it seems to get boring after a while, and it seems to end as quickly as it had begun. Keep in mind, that is just my opinion, so please do not sue! ^_^;
