Yoshiki Hayashi,
born 11.20.65,
goes by his first name 'Yoshiki'.
Leader of the legendary X Japan,
intermittent solo artist,
producer of greats such as Dir en grey.
Equally brilliant composer of
symphonies, piano ballads, and epic rock songs,
fabulous piano player and unbelievable drummer.
Practically invented the visual rock scene,
and became its first virtual god.
Five years ago,
Yoshiki saw his musical brainchild break up,
relations with his childhood friend Toshi fall apart,
and his other best friend, hide, desperately hang himself.
Paralysed, in shock...
Yoshiki lived on.
He lives and works in Los Angeles,
recording, writing, and producing.
