LESLIE ROGERS MC CAUSLAND '71

During all four years at Hightstown High School, Leslie was a varsity athlete for field hockey, basketball, and softball. Because of her outstanding abilities as a pitcher, softball became her specialty. Site was recognized as MVP all four years for softball. During her senior year she struck out 102 opponents in 10 games. Her pitching record for four years was 28 wins and 3 losses. She was also chosen Female Athlete of the year for Hightstown High School in 1971.

Leslie continued to play sports at Trenton State College where she received a degree in Criminal Justice. From there she earned an MA from Seton Hall. She works as Sargeant for the College of New Jersey Police Department and is married to Doug Mc Causland. Leslie has continued to use her softball skills by playing in the Hamilton Women's Softball League.
