~Supplies:~

1 sheet each black, green and orange foam
2 small wiggly eyes
1 small pink pom pom
2 small black pom poms
4 1/2" black pipe cleaner

 

 

This photo can be saved to your hard drive by right clicking and choosing "save picture as". You can then print the picture and cut the peices out to use as a template. Or, I've made it easier for you just click print below. But, be warned, this will print the entire page.

 

 

~Instructions~

Cut out the peices like the template above. Be sure to cut two green peices of grass. They are applied to the front and the back and allow the decoration to stand up. Using a sheet of plastic wrap over your work surface will help keep the glue from making a mess.

Using this picture as a guide, apply glue to the back of the pumpkin being careful not to get glue in the eye, nose or mouth opening. Put the round black piece over the glue. Be sure to leave the larger triangle opening at the top for the cat's head and the smaller triangle opening to the side for the tail. Next, glue on the head and tail and allow to dry.

When dry, turn over and glue on the cat's eyes. Cut the 4 1/2" black pipe cleaner in thirds and twist at the center for the whiskers. Glue on the face and then apply the small pink and black pom poms as shown. Glue on the paws as shown and let dry.

Lastly, you'll need to glue on the two peices of green grass. Line up the bottoms so that it will stand and then dry flat.
