~Instructions~

First, print this page and use the peices as a template to cut out the black base with spokes and the other peices. Notice that you must notch out the ends of the spokes and also the middle and end of the long spokes that form the handle. On the orange base, you bust notch out 9 slits in a ring around the edge.

1. Lay black base out flat. Carefully thread the spokes through the prange base so that they stand up.

2. Notch out a small slit in the beginning of the black cording and slip it over a small spoke next to a handle. Once anchored to the spoke, start weaving back and forth through the spokes until you've created 8 rows.

3. Starting with the first weaving picket, weave the cording through the notched ends leaving a 2" peice to thread down into the basket rows to finish.

4. Connect the handle by threading a small peice of left over cording through the notched ends and tie it at the top. Glue the pumpkin and ghost on as shown. To help them stay in place on the curved edge, it helps to hold them in place with clothes pins while they dry.
