Spinach Dip


*Light Recipe

Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonaise
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 minced clove of garlic
1 (9 oz) package frozen spinach (no sauce), thawed and drained
3 tablespoons chopped red pepper (optional)

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate several hours before serving with vegetable dippers or cubed french bread (Keep toothpicks handy for guests to skewer and eat the bread cubes.)
