Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients: ready made chocolate graham cracker crust 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 4 squares (4 oz) baker's semisweet chocoate, melted

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all the ingredients except the crust in a large bowl with a hand mixer. Pour into prepared crust and bake 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
