Directions:Whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat and stir in morsels until completely melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared crust and chill for 3 hours or until firm. Top with whipped cream before serving. |

Directions:Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a metal or glass pie pan well and set aside. Add all the filling ingredients except the whipped cream to a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes until set. |
