Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie

Ingredients:

1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup fresh or from concentrate lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime peel (if using fresh limes)
green food coloring (optional)
whipped topping to garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large mixing bowl beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and food coloring. Pour into prepared shell and bake for 30 minutes until just about set. Let cool and then refrigerate. Serve cold with whipped topping.
