No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients: 1 ready made graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese or neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat) 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip 1/3 cup sugar

Directions: Mix cream cheese and sugar well with an electric mixer. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into prepared crust and refrigerate over night. Top with fruit or cherry pie filling and whipped cream to serve.
