Jinzouningen Juugo Gou "Artificial Human Number 15"*- One of the three villains in DBZ Movie 7. He's an alcoholic who takes a swig from his whiskey every few minutes. He's also very tiny and several jokes about his height come up during the movie, (like his entire body falling straight down into three feet of snow). He's killed by Vegita and in my opinion has the funniest death.
