North Kaiou

Kita no Kaiou "Kaiou of the North"- This is the Kaiou Samma that we all know and love. He's the one who trained Son Gokou as well as Tenshinhan, Chaozu and Yamucha, (Piccolo is debateable since he kind of did his own thing). He was killed in the year 767 AD. when Gokou brought Cell to his planet so that he would detonate "safely". In the anime, the other Kaious made fun of his death and held the Annoyoichi Budoukai ("After-Life Martial Arts Tournament") in "honor" of his death.
