Cotton candy pillows won't protect me forever
I want to stay in bed
And chase flower-faced penguins
But I am pulled from my safe haven
Where I encounter the man in the mask
Who carries me to my nightmares
Spiders crawl on the walls
While death skates on a rink made of stone
Bubble gum music blares from the amps
As violence dances with the angels
I fall from the sky
And land in France
Where I am handed a gun
That shoots wiggly worms
The future turns me upside-down
As rats fall from my pockets
I am put in front of a room full of people
Whose faces remind me of scary places
I begin to shake
The man in the front
Has a laugh like the Devil
The wind blows in through the open window
And I am picked up and taken
To laugh with the man in the moon.
