that of the Bear, Your Grace be, that of the Eagle The Courage of the Wolf The Sight of the Owl And the medicine of the Great White Buffalo. My feathers of much Peace My Land, Pure, Fresh, and untainted My thoughts, that of the wind,which is love. My Path, clear and my Spirit, within the heavens of my Fathers.

May I grow stronger with each Moon
