Personality: Elise first surfaced in the Setsuna/Mirai journey, where she was the scientist who helped them to switch souls. A brisk, efficient, and no-nonsense woman, she nevertheless will always help a soul in pain and is a warm and kind person. Her confident attitude and challenging ways, however, make her none too popular in most communities- and it's likely that Ryuuguu will be no exception.
Origin: The human Elise, (who actually uses two last names, Ishibanu and Limelight) has an obscure past. What *is* known is that she has worked as a scientist since a prodigious age and is incredibly good at what she does, as I said most recently surfacing in the Setsuna/Mirai journey. She has come to Ryuuguu both to monitor the effects of the experimental technology and to study the society of ryus and Ryuuguu. Of course, what happens in Dr. Limelight's future is anyone's guess....
