Also, be sure to ask around. Talk to people who have or have had Cingular as a cellular provider and see what they have to say. Chances are it won't be good. You can even ask the Cingular sales representatives about some of the problems discussed here on this site. Chances are, they won't admit to most of them, but some things (such as the "Unlimited Nights and Weekends" scam) are hard even for Cingular reps. to lie about. Ask Cingular's sales reps. about customer service hours and contract stipulations regarding early termination fees and service reliability. Cingular does NOT guarantee any quality of service so if for some reason you are unable to place calls due their own incompetance, tough luck! Just be sure to do your research before you sign up with any wireless service, but if you choose Cingular, you have been WARNED!!!
