Another "Office of the President" Representative.

I have recently been contacted by another representative from Cingular's Office of the president who seems as enthusiatic about helping customers as Wendy (the Resospecialist) is. His name is Leonard and he can be contacted at OOPPhillymkt@yahoo.com. He asks that only customers from the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware areas contact him because these are the regions he is supposed to concentrate his efforts in. All other comments or complaints should be directed to Wendy at Resospecialist@yahoo.com. As of now, Wendy is still in the process of trying to fix the major problem I have with Cingular (see the "Unlimited Nights and Weekends" Scam section) and has successfully solved some other minor problems so I suggest you contact them if you have any issues that Cingular's regular customer service people were unable to help you with. Also, please feel free to keep me posted about whether or not you have found Wendy and Leonard to be of as much help as I have heard and experienced.
