Blue Crowns are awesome parrots. They are one of the med-larger conures. They sport an "Indian Cheif head dress" of feathers when aroused. They commonly learn to talk and have mega personality on top of it all! They are one of the louder conures and that makes them not recommended for apartments. They are big clowns and can learn to talk!
