The Eiffel Tower is an extraordinary engineering feat. It is considered as one of the "Seven Wonders of the World Today".
The Eiffel Tower is one of the most distinguishing monuments of France. Located in Paris, the project of building the tower was started on January 23, 1887 and completed in March 1889 in time for the Universal Exhibition and Centennial of the French Revolution. Standing at 324 meters high, this monument was the tallest structure in the world until the Chyrsler Building was built in 1930.
