GEORGE HEBTON married HANNAH JAMIESON in 1817 on Foston on the Wolds. I have no evidence that he is the son of William and Mary Boulton but the ages fit nicely and the names of his children fit well with those that reappear in the Nafferton line.

In addition, most of their children were christened in Wansford, Nafferton. Foston on the Wolds lies neatly in a little cluster with Nafferton and N Frodingham.

There were nine children of this marriage, starting with Anne christened in 1818 in Wansford, Nafferton. This was followed by JAMIESON christened 1821, John, William, Joseph, GEORGE, Maria, James and finally Samuel, the latter two being christened in Foston on the Wolds.

JAMIESON born abt 1821 in Wansford, Nafferton, married Martha and they had at least one child, WILLIAM ALFRED born in 1864, the year before his father Jamieson was discharged from the 65th regiment.

William Alfred ended up in New Zealand where he died in 1947 after marrying two women of the same surname. His first wife was Ada Cash and his second, Emma Lucy Cash.

George and Hannah Jamieson’s other son GEORGE b 1831 in North Frodingham married HANNAH COATHAM in 1853 in Bridlington. Hannah was born around 1833 in a village called Buckden which is on the northern edges of Bridlington.
Whether George had moved up to Bridlington by the time he met Hannah and just took his children back to the Nafferton area for christening is unknown. However, by 1881 they were definitely resident in the seaside town. By then George was working as a cartman. They had one son living with them at the time, JIMERSON who was born 1867 in Bridlington.
They would also appear to have had two other children, GEORGE b about 1854 and Hannah born about 1858, both in Buckden.
