Letting Go

I sat every night thinking of you,

Wishing you were here next to me

You are one in a few

This was easy for me to see.

My feelings for you are still so strong

But you and I weren't meant to be.

And although to me it feels so wrong.

It's time for me to let you go, my Tiger Lily.

But I'm not letting you go for good,

For you will always be with there

And this is understood

Because it's something that Best Friends Share.
