To Add Voice Narration to a PowerPoint Presentation.
 
  Go Insert > Sound from File or Record Sound as you go...
 
 

 

  If you have the Adobe Presenter add on feature...
  You can use Microsoft PowerPoint to make a presentation and the Adobe Presenter feature to narrate your work.

To record your voice in PowerPoint go to the Adobe Presenter tab > Audio group > Record.

Use a plug-in mic. if you can, instead of your webcam or laptop mic. to get a better sound recording.

 

You can create presentations with a mix of slides, voice narration, music and video in the one presentation.
