Sukiyaki

It is probably Japan's most famous dish,  known          through a song to people who has never tasted. It is simple party dish for 6.

Utensils         Large Electric skillet for table top       cooking, mixing tools, bowls, a ladle.

                                              Ingredients                                                              

• 2 lbs. Sirloin beef, thinly sliced (ask at the store.)
• 2 Tofu packages, cut in cubic.
• 3 Shirataki (noodle style) packs, boiled 2 minutes beforehand and cut in 2" long.
• 3 green-onion bunches cut in 2".
• 1 canned bamboo-shuts, sliced.
• 1 spinach bunch cut in 2".
• 1 mushrooms pack cut in half 
• Sauce.    Mix ingredients in ratio of  Soy sauce 2, : Mirin 1, : Sugar 1/2 .  Some soup stock or Water

              Methods  
 Arrange ingredients decoratively in plates and place at the table side. Oil the skillet to brow  beef,  then take it out. Put other ingredients to cook and a portion of sauce, then put back beef after a while. Serve and eat while cooking, adding ingredients. Use fresh eggs as a dip at each bowl.
