Best Cocoa Frosting in the Universe

Use to ice World's Best Devil's Food Cake

3/4 C Cocoa
4 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Margarine
1t Vanilla
1/2 C Evaporated Milk

  1. Mix cocoa and sugar. Cream 1/3 of cocoa and sugar mix with margarine.
  2. Blend the vanilla with half of the milk.
  3. Add the rest of the cocoa-sugar mixture and the milk-vanilla mixture to the creamed margarine mixture.
  4. Add the rest of the milk and blend until smooth.

Yield: Enough frosting for a layer cake.
