Brought to you by a Media Sensation who spends too much time at the computer. I was reading a document on paper this morning here at Media Headquarters. Encountering some underlined text, I tapped it with my forefinger to see where the hyperlink would lead. Getting no response, I jabbed it again. It probably took a good 10 seconds for me to realize where the malfunction lay.

Blame it on the rain. I drove to work this morning in a monsoon and had to wade from my car to the office. Though I walked only a couple dozen yards, it took 10 full cycles with the hand dryer in the ladies' room to undrench my khakis. Apparently I didn't quite get my brain dried out. I for one would gladly share this water wealth with my friends in drier climes.
