This is one of my all-time favorite pictures of my parents. It was taken at the hog roast that served as the groom's dinner for Lindsay and Jeff's wedding in August, 1999. It shows Mom and Dad glowing with pleasure on that happy family occasion — a frequently occurring condition we've been blessed with.

That's Jeff in the background. That was some party, and the sequel the following year was just as good.
