Anzac Cookies
What u need:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
125g butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
How to Cook:
Microwave golden syrup, butter and water until it forms liquid mixture.
Add bicarbonate of soda.
Pour mixture into rolled oats, flour, sugar and dessicated coconut.
Bake in 160 degrees Celsius, about 20 mins.
My Thoughts...
First ate it at Blue Mountains, Sydney... Very easy to make...nice to eat but a little on the hard side. One of my fave recipes.
