Macaroon

What u need:

2 egg whites
8 oz fine sugar
9 oz renchoco choc/ chocolate chips
5 oz cornflakes
1/2 teaspoon essence of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

 

How to Cook:

Beat egg until it rises.

Put in salt and beat again.

Put in sugar little by little, followed by essence of vanilla.

Beat mixture until thick.

Put in cornflakes and chocolate and mix well.

Put in cupcake cups and bake at 175 deg C for 10 mins.

Aaargh...so sweet...
