Pros
Passing the medical
now guarantees you won't be rejected later after moving to
NZ. Allows for a full ? month visa/permit. You get full
medical cover (equivalent to a resident).
Cons
Medicals more
expensive in UK. Certificates may not be valid by the time you
get asked to apply after an EOI. You need to have private
medical insurance as you will be covered for only emergency
treatment.
