Bread Pudding
124 calories

Nonstick Spray coating
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 Tblsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups cubed raisin bread ( 4 to 5 slices)
Orange sections  (optional)

Spray a 9 inch pie plate with the nonstick coating. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl beat together the eggs and egg whites until
combined. Beat in the milk, honey and vanilla.
Stir in the bread cubes. Pour into prepared pie plate.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 35- 40 minutes or until
puffed and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes
to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with orange slices,
if desired.  Makes 6 servings.
