Cherry Peach Cobbler
202 Calories
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 TBLS. sugar
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 TBLS. butter ot margarine
1/2 cup sugar
4 tsps. cornstarch
3 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened peaches, sliced
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened pitted tart red cherries
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed
Ground nutmeg ( optional )

For topping:in a mixing bowl stir together the flour, 2 TBLS. sugar,baking powder, and nutmeg. using a pastry blender, cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
For Filling:In a large saucepan stir together the sugar and cornstarch with 1/3 cup water. Add the peach slices and cherries. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. keep filling hot while finishing topping.
To finish topping, stir together the yogurt and egg product. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, stirring just enough to moisten.
Transfer filling to a 2-qt. square baking dish. using a spoon, immediately drop topping into 8 mounds on top of hot filling. Bake in hot 400 degree oven about 20 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm. If desired sprinkle with nutmeg.
