As you try to cook your old favorites,
you will find that you can cook the same things by susbstituting
low-fat ingredients in place of the higher
fat content ones. And still enjoy your favorite foods.
Fettuccine Sauce
Blend non-fat cream cheese, skim milk and
nonfat cottage
cheese in a food processor for about four
minutes, then
heat, add 1/4 cup of very lean ham ( diced
) and 1 cup of
peas, if desired.
