1/2 cup vanilla low-fat
yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. honey
1 cup sliced nectarines;
peeled peaches; orange sections; or sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced pear or
apple
1 small banana, sliced
1/2 cup seedless grapes
Ground cinnamon or ground
nutmeg
For sauce, stir together
the yogurt, applesauce, and honey.
In a medium bowl stir
together the nectarines, peaches, oranges, or strawberries, the
apple, or pear, banana
and grapes. Divide the fruit mixture among 6 dessert dishes.
Spoon some of the sauce
over each serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
