Day One Strawberry-Orange Mango Nectar In blender, puree 3/4 cup each fresh or frozen strawberries, calcium-fortified orange juice and 1/2 mango chopped, until smooth. Mini Meal: 1 piece cinnamon-raisin bread topped with 1 Tbs. peanut butter 1 cup fat-free milk Lunch: Banana Peach Smoothie In blender puree 1 banana, sliced, and 1 cup each frozen peach slices and calcium-fortified orange juice Mini Meal: 2 hard cooked eggs 3 rye crackers Dinner: Warm Veggie Cocktail In pot combine 1 1/2 cups each spicy tomato juice and carrot juice; heat through Mini Meal: 1 cup Total raisin bran 1 cup fat-free milk |

Pumpkin Pie Shake In blender puree 3/4 cup each canned pumpkin puree and calcium-fortified orange juice, 1 Tbs. blackstrap molasses, 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 3 ice cubes until smooth. Mini Meal : 1/4 cup almonds and raisins Lunch: Cherry-Peach Fizz In blender puree 3/4 cup each frozen pitted cherries and sliced peaches until smooth. Add 3/4 cup sparkling water or club soda.
