As you try to cook your old favorites, you will find that you can cook the same things by susbstituting
low-fat ingredients in place of the higher fat content ones. And still enjoy your favorite foods.
 

Lasagna

Layer the noodles with vegetables instead of with fatty meats such as sausage.
Try roasting or grilling ( not Frying ) zucchini or eggplant, then layering the
vegetables with the noodles.
Use reduced-fat ricotta cheese and light spaghetti sauce.
