Sloppy Joes

Use 90 percent lean ground beef or ground turkey instead of regular
ground beef. To pump up the flavor of this very lean meat, mix
1/2 cup of chunky salsa with a can of tomato sauce.
Adding a tablespoon of brown sugar substitute gives the
meat a hint of Southwest BBQ.
