As you try to cook your old favorites, you will find that you can cook the same things by susbstituting
low-fat ingredients in place of the higher fat content ones. And still enjoy your favorite foods.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Substitute a tangy blend of chopped fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and balsamic vinegar for the
traditional-meat- or sausage-filled sauce.
For the meatballs, try adding crumbled soy burgers- they taste just like meat.
Make sure you defat any meatballs,( made from meat) you can bake them, then add them to the sauce.
